Granulin messenger RNA (GRN mRNA)

Granulin (GRN) mRNA is the messenger RNA transcript that encodes progranulin (PGRN), a multifaceted secreted glycoprotein vital for maintaining lysosomal health, modulating neuroinflammation, and promoting neuronal survival [1, 2].
