The granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor receptor alpha (GM-CSF receptor α), also known as CD116, is a cell surface receptor that specifically binds granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF). This interaction stimulates the production and function of various white blood cells, particularly those of the myeloid lineage.
