Target intelligence / Profile preview
H1-10 antisense RNA 1 (H1-10-AS1) is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), classified as an antisense transcript that overlaps the H1-10 protein-coding gene locus. It is not a protein-coding gene, enzyme, receptor, transporter, or classical therapeutic target[5][4]. H1-10-AS1 has alternative names including C3orf47 and H1FX-AS1. Antisense RNAs generally regulate gene expression at transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels by interacting with sense transcripts or chromatin, but there is currently no robust evidence for H1-10-AS1 serving as a disease biomarker or actionable drug target in humans. Its exact biological function, mechanism, and clinical significance remain uncharacterized[5][4][2].
