The Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) capsular polysaccharide–tetanus toxoid conjugate is a vaccine antigen used to prevent invasive diseases caused by the bacterium *Haemophilus influenzae* type b. It consists of the PRP capsular polysaccharide from Hib covalently linked to tetanus toxoid protein. This conjugation allows for a T-cell dependent immune response, leading to robust antibody production and immunological memory, thus protecting against severe childhood infections caused by Hib.
