Target intelligence / Profile preview
Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A3 pseudogene 2 (HNRNPA3P2) is a processed pseudogene in the human genome, derived from the functional HNRNPA3 gene[1][7]. Unlike its parental gene, HNRNPA3P2 does not encode a functional protein and is not involved in known biological processes or diseases as a protein product. Pseudogenes, in general, may have non-coding regulatory roles—such as RNA-based gene regulation—but there are currently no established biological functions or disease associations attributed to HNRNPA3P2 specifically[1][4].
