Target intelligence / Profile preview
The target is delivered via an mRNA-lipoplex vaccine (BNT112) which, upon intravenous administration, leads to the expression of the NKX3.1 protein in lymphoid tissues. This expression triggers the activation and expansion of antigen-specific CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, which then recognize and eliminate tumor cells expressing the NKX3.1 antigen.
