Overview

The hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis-associated receptors comprise a group of critical signaling proteins, including Corticotropin-releasing hormone receptors (CRHR1 and CRHR2), the Adrenocorticotropic hormone receptor (MC2R), and the Glucocorticoid and Mineralocorticoid receptors (NR3C1 and NR3C2).
