Overview

This process leads to the clinical manifestations of seasonal allergic rhinitis, conjunctivitis, and allergic asthma. Therapeutic targeting of this pathway involves the use of anti-IgE monoclonal antibodies like Omalizumab, which bind to the Fc region of circulating IgE to prevent its interaction with receptors (NCBI/StatPearls).
