Target intelligence / Profile preview
Immunoglobulin lambda variable 10-67 (IGLV10-67) is classified as a pseudogene within the human genome. Pseudogenes are sequences that resemble functional genes but, due to mutations or deletions, no longer encode active proteins. IGLV10-67, specifically, is an immunoglobulin lambda variable segment that has lost its capacity to undergo normal rearrangement or expression and thus does not contribute to antibody diversity or immune function. It is not considered a therapeutic target and has no established biological function, disease associations, or utility in drug development[4].
