The immunoglobulin lambda variable 4-3 pseudogene (IGLV4-3P) is a non-functional segment of DNA within the immunoglobulin lambda light chain variable region gene family in humans. Pseudogenes such as IGLV4-3P result from mutations rendering the gene incapable of producing a functional immunoglobulin protein.
