Immunosuppressive activity refers to a biological property or process that reduces or inhibits immune system function. This effect can be caused by specific drugs, regulatory cell types (such as regulatory T cells, B cells, and myeloid-derived suppressor cells), tumor-derived factors, or pathogens.
