Recommendation: If the intent is to target NEMO/IKK-γ, the accurate target should be "Inhibitor of kappa light polypeptide gene enhancer in B-cells kinase gamma" (IKBKG, also known as NEMO), not the pseudogene IKBKGP1[1][3][5].
