Overview
The interleukin-21 receptor (IL-21R) is a type I cytokine receptor that plays a crucial role in the immune system by mediating the effects of its ligand, interleukin-21 (IL-21). It is essential for the proliferation, differentiation, and function of T cells, B cells, and natural killer (NK) cells.
