Interleukin-3 Receptor Alpha Subunit (IL3RA)

Target
IL3RA
Molecular classification
Type I cytokine receptor, Cell surface receptor, Single-pass type I transmembrane glycoprotein
01

Overview

Interleukin-3 receptor alpha subunit (IL3RA), also known as CD123, is a cell surface glycoprotein that forms part of the heterodimeric receptor complex for interleukin-3 (IL-3). It is a member of the type I cytokine receptor family and plays a critical role in hematopoietic cell signaling, proliferation, survival, and differentiation. It is a therapeutic target in AML and BPDCN.
