Unlike the canonical Interleukin 6 receptor (IL6R or CD126), which is a major therapeutic target implicated in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases and targeted by drugs like tocilizumab, IL6RP1 is not a target for drug development and is not relevant in clinical pharmacology or disease treatment contexts[2][3][1].
