INTS6 antisense RNA 1 (INTS6-AS1) is a human long non-coding RNA transcribed from the INTS6 gene locus on chromosome 13 (13q14). It belongs to the class of natural antisense transcripts and acts, alongside other lncRNAs, as a regulator of gene expression via effects on transcription, splicing, and chromatin architecture[4][5][6][1].
