IQ motif containing F6 (IQCF6) is a human protein encoded by the IQCF6 gene. It is a member of a protein family characterized by the IQ domain, a calmodulin-binding motif of ~23–25 amino acids. Calmodulin interaction is a common feature among IQ domain-containing proteins, influencing diverse calcium-dependent and independent signaling pathways, such as cytoskeletal regulation and cell signaling.
