The KRAS G12V mutant peptide-HLA-A*11 complex is a molecular complex formed by a mutated KRAS-derived peptide (VVVGAVGVGK, with the G12V mutation) bound to the human leukocyte antigen HLA-A*11:01. This complex is presented on the cell surface and can be recognized by T cells, enabling targeted immune responses against tumor cells harboring this mutation. It serves as a neoantigen target for cancer immunotherapy, including adoptive cell therapy and vaccine development.
