Kita-Kyushu Lung Cancer Antigen-1 (KK-LC-1), also known as CT83 or CXorf61, is a cancer/testis antigen (CTA) with restricted expression in normal tissues (primarily testis) but aberrant expression in various cancers. It promotes tumor proliferation, invasion, and migration, and modulates immune responses. KK-LC-1 serves as a potential biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis, and a promising target for cancer immunotherapy, including TCR-T therapy.
