LENG8 antisense RNA 1 (LENG8-AS1)

LENG8 antisense RNA 1 (LENG8-AS1) is a primate-specific long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) gene that is transcribed as an antisense RNA from the LENG8 locus but does not code for a protein. It is classified as an antisense RNA and belongs to the broader family of long non-coding RNAs.
