Target intelligence / Profile preview
Leucine-rich repeat containing 15 (LRRC15) is a cell membrane-expressed protein involved in cell–cell and cell–extracellular matrix (ECM) interactions. It belongs to the leucine-rich repeat (LRR) superfamily. It plays roles in fibronectin, laminin and collagen binding. Aberrant expression is observed across various solid tumors and modulates SARS-CoV-2 infectivity.
Modulation of viral entry; modulation of ECM interactions; inhibition of protein kinase activity
