Glycoprotein-A repetitions predominant protein (GARP), also known as leucine-rich repeats containing 32 (LRRC32), is a type I transmembrane protein that functions as a cell surface docking receptor for latent transforming growth factor beta (LTGF-β), modulating its activation and bioavailability. It is primarily expressed on activated regulatory T cells (Tregs) and plays a key role in immune regulation and tumor microenvironment modulation.
