Leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 75A (LRRC75A) is a human protein encoded by the LRRC75A gene, characterized by the presence of leucine-rich repeat motifs, which are typically involved in protein–protein interactions and structural organization within proteins. LRRC75A is predicted to participate in proteasome-mediated, ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic processes and to function as a component of ubiquitin ligase complexes. While LRR-containing proteins as a family are important in neurodevelopment, immune signaling, and various cellular functions, LRRC75A itself is not a validated therapeutic target and lacks established direct roles as a receptor, enzyme, or transporter. There is no current evidence of pharmacological ligands, clinical biomarkers, or disease-modifying activity directly tied to LRRC75A.
