In laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, LINC01303 participates in tumorigenesis through the miR-200c/TIMP2 axis, driving proliferation and metastasis. Knockdown or inhibition of LINC01303 results in decreased tumor growth, invasion, and increased apoptosis, highlighting its role as a potential therapeutic target in oncology.
