Long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 1545 (LINC01545)

Long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 1545 (LINC01545) is classified as a long intergenic non-coding RNA (lincRNA), a subclass of long non-coding RNAs that are autonomously transcribed, typically longer than 200 nucleotides, and do not overlap with annotated protein-coding genes[5][11]. LINC01545 itself does not encode a protein, and therefore is not a conventional "target" in the sense of being a receptor, enzyme, transporter, or transcription factor[1][3][5].
