Long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 1920 (LINC01920)

Long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 1920 (LINC01920) is a member of the long intergenic non-coding RNA (lincRNA) family, characterized by transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides that do not encode proteins and are located in genomic regions that do not overlap with protein-coding genes. lincRNAs, including LINC01920, are believed to participate in the regulation of gene expression through diverse mechanisms, such as modification of chromatin states, interaction with RNA-binding proteins, and modulation of transcription.
