Target intelligence / Profile preview
Long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 2332 (LINC02332) is a member of the long intergenic non-coding RNA (lincRNA) class, which are autonomously transcribed RNA molecules longer than 200 nucleotides that do not overlap any annotated protein-coding genes[1][3][7]. LINC02332 is a non-protein coding gene, and, like other lincRNAs, it may function in regulation of gene expression, including chromatin remodeling, modulation of genome architecture, enhancer-like activity, and various roles in transcriptional regulation[3][5][7]. While many lincRNAs have been implicated in tissue-specific gene regulation and disease (notably cancer), most—including LINC02332—remain poorly characterized at a functional level, and its direct biological roles or disease associations have not yet been established in the scientific literature[1][3][5][7]. There are currently no known therapeutic drugs, biomarker roles, or specific safety concerns related to LINC02332.
