Long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 2550 (LINC02550)

Long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 2550 (LINC02550) is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) that, by current annotation, does not encode a protein and is located in a genomic region outside of protein-coding genes[1][3]. LINC02550 has been identified as one of several immune-related lncRNAs that are dysregulated in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), where it participates in molecular subtyping associated with significant differences in patient survival and immune pathway enrichment[2][4].
