Long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 2750 (LINC02750)

Long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 2750 (LINC02750) is a human long intergenic non-coding RNA (lincRNA), defined as an autonomously transcribed non-coding RNA greater than 200 nucleotides, originating from a genomic locus not overlapping protein-coding genes[1][3]. LincRNAs regulate transcription, remodel chromatin, and stabilize RNAs, often showing tissue-specific expression and functioning in genetic regulatory networks[1][5]. While thousands of human lincRNAs have been annotated, only a fraction have characterized functions or clear disease associations[1][5]. There is currently no published evidence for therapeutic modulation or biomarker use of LINC02750.
