Target intelligence / Profile preview
Long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 3000 (LINC03000) is a member of the long intergenic non-coding RNA (lincRNA) family, a subclass of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) characterized by transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides that do not overlap protein-coding genes. LincRNAs, including LINC03000, do not code for proteins but serve diverse regulatory roles, such as chromatin remodeling, transcriptional and epigenetic regulation, and RNA stabilization. While many lincRNAs have recognized roles in fine-tuning gene expression, enhancer activity, and disease (especially cancer), there is currently no published evidence that LINC03000 is a therapeutic target, directly involved in a specific disease, or that it interacts with drugs or is used as a biomarker.
None established for drugs (as LINC03000 is not a therapeutic target)
