Target intelligence / Profile preview
LINC03065 (long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 3065, also known as AC010999.2) is a member of the long intergenic non-coding RNAs (lincRNAs), which are non-protein-coding transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides and do not overlap protein-coding genes[1][3][5]. LINC03065 is annotated in genomic databases (NCBI Gene: 105370833; Ensembl: ENSG00000276524)[1], but to date, there is no published evidence for its functional role in human biology or disease. As with other lincRNAs, it may play roles in gene regulation or chromatin remodeling, but specific experimental data for LINC03065 are lacking. It is not currently considered a recognized therapeutic target, and there are no reported disease associations, interacting drugs, or use as biomarker or in therapy.
