Target intelligence / Profile preview
Long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 354 (LINC00354) is a human long non-coding RNA gene located on chromosome 13[5][7]. It does not encode a protein and belongs to the class of long non-coding RNAs, which may play roles in gene regulation at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels. There is no current evidence that LINC00354 is a direct therapeutic target. Some research studies have examined its expression in disease cohorts, most notably in cancer profiling, where it appears as one of numerous differentially expressed lncRNAs in large datasets, but its specific biological function, disease association, and clinical significance remain largely uncharacterized[2][3][5][7].
