Long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 667 (LINC00667) is a long noncoding RNA located on chromosome 18p11.31 that does not code for proteins but is increasingly recognized for its regulatory roles in cancer. Elevated expression of LINC00667 is associated with poor prognosis, aggressive tumor features, and metastasis, supporting its potential as a biomarker and a therapeutic target in oncology[1][3]. No direct drug interactions, safety challenges, or specific mechanisms of action for pharmacological targeting have been established to date.
