LRFN5 divergent transcript (LRFN5-DT) is a long non-coding RNA gene located near the LRFN5 protein-coding gene on the human genome[1][3][5][7]. Divergent transcripts like LRFN5-DT are often classified based on their proximity and transcriptional orientation relative to neighboring protein-coding genes, but their individual biological functions—if any—are rarely characterized in detail[7].
