Lysophosphatidic acid receptors (LPARs) are a family of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) that mediate the cellular effects of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA). LPARs play critical roles in regulating cell proliferation, survival, migration, cytoskeletal rearrangement, calcium mobilization, and other key physiological processes.
