MROH7 has multiple transcript variants and several known aliases, but neither its precise molecular function nor a clear role as a therapeutic target has been described in the literature[1][10][5]. Mutations in this gene have weak associations with rare congenital developmental disorders; however, no drugs or clinical interventions are known to target MROH7, and there is no strong evidence it acts as a classical receptor, enzyme, transporter, or other tractable therapeutic target[1][10].
