Melanoma antigen family B10 (MAGEB10) is a member of the MAGE cancer/testis antigen family, normally restricted to testicular tissue but abnormally activated in various tumors[2][5]. Its protein assists in cellular processes related to proliferation and differentiation, and members of the MAGE family are often implicated in oncogenesis, promoting tumorigenic pathways by reprogramming gene regulatory circuits, impacting apoptosis, and genomic stability[2][4][5].
