Dermatological treatments often utilize Tyrosinase inhibitors to manage hyperpigmentation, while oncology leverages these proteins as differentiation antigens for immunotherapies, including cancer vaccines, bispecific T-cell engagers like tebentafusp, and antibody-drug conjugates designed to selectively target and eliminate malignant melanocytes.
