MicroRNA 15b (miR-15b) is a small non-coding RNA, approximately 22 nucleotides long, encoded by the MIR15B gene. It functions as a post-transcriptional regulator of gene expression by targeting mRNAs for degradation or translational repression, and is part of the miR-15/16 cluster.
