Mechanism of action

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNA molecules that regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level by binding to the 3' untranslated region (3'-UTR) of target mRNAs, leading to inhibition of protein production or mRNA degradation.
