Overview

microRNA 3065 (MIR3065) is a predicted microRNA, classified as a non-coding RNA molecule. MicroRNAs are short, single-stranded RNA species of approximately 21–25 nucleotides, produced via the Drosha-DGCR8-Dicer pathway, and incorporated into the RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC), where they guide recognition and post-transcriptional repression (via mRNA cleavage or translational inhibition) of target mRNAs[2][3]. While many microRNAs are functionally characterized, microRNA 3065 itself is not widely referenced in the scientific literature; there is currently no substantial evidence designating it as a validated, disease-relevant target, nor are there data regarding its interaction with drugs, use as a biomarker, or its role in pathology.
