MicroRNA 3141 (miR-3141, also known as hsa-mir-3141 or MIR3141) is a short, non-coding RNA molecule classified as a microRNA[1]. It has been associated in some sources with thrombocytopenia by database linkage, but literature confirming this functional or clinical association is lacking[1].
