MicroRNA 4325 (miR-4325) is a short, non-coding RNA molecule classified as a microRNA that regulates gene expression at the post-transcriptional level, primarily by binding to complementary sites within target mRNAs and promoting their degradation or inhibiting their translation. In hepatocellular carcinoma, miR-4325 has been shown to suppress tumor cell growth, migration, and invasion by targeting GATA-binding protein 6 (GATA6), with decreased levels of miR-4325 correlated with poorer prognosis.
