MicroRNA 4467 (MIR4467) is a human microRNA gene producing a mature miRNA of 20–24 nucleotides, classified as a non-coding RNA. Like other miRNAs, MIR4467 regulates gene expression at the post-transcriptional level by guiding the RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC) to target mRNAs, resulting in translational inhibition or destabilization of target mRNA molecules. Its biological effects are inferred from general miRNA functional studies, with established roles in cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and survival.
