microRNA 4489 (miR-4489, also known as hsa-miR-4489 or MIR4489) is a human microRNA—part of a class of small non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level by binding to target messenger RNAs and repressing their translation or promoting their degradation[3][4].
