MicroRNA 4699 (MIR4699) is a putative human microRNA belonging to the non-coding RNA family. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are typically 21–23 nucleotide-long single-stranded RNA molecules that regulate gene expression by targeting complementary messenger RNAs for degradation or translational repression.
