microRNA 4746 (MIR4746) is a small, non-coding RNA molecule involved in post-transcriptional gene regulation. It is differentially expressed in a variety of cancers and targets multiple genes, including PPM1D, contributing to processes such as cell proliferation, intracellular organization, tissue morphology, and immune responses. Its expression profile makes it a candidate for biomarker development and a novel therapeutic target in oncology.
