Target intelligence / Profile preview
MLLT10 pseudogene 1 (MLLT10P1, bA348I14.3) is a non-coding pseudogene related to the MLLT10 (AF10) gene. Unlike the protein-coding AF10 gene, which is involved in transcriptional regulation and oncogenic fusion events driving certain leukemias, there is no evidence that MLLT10P1 encodes a protein or plays a direct biological role. It is not considered a therapeutic target or disease biomarker. All functional and clinical relevance is associated with the protein-coding parent gene, MLLT10 (AF10), not the pseudogene variant.
