Target intelligence / Profile preview
MRPS30 divergent transcript (MRPS30-DT) is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) gene located on chromosome 5 (5p12), also known by the aliases BRCAT54, BRCAT107, and LINC02224. It does not code for a protein and is primarily identified through its altered expression in breast cancer. The detailed molecular function and biological roles of MRPS30-DT remain largely uncharacterized, but it is associated with certain cancers, specifically breast cancer, where it may play a role in oncogenesis or cancer progression[1][2][3][6]. There are currently no known drugs that directly target MRPS30-DT, and it is not considered a canonical therapeutic target or receptor.
