MYCBP2 antisense RNA 2 (MYCBP2-AS2) is a non-protein coding antisense transcript overlapping the MYCBP2 gene locus. These RNAs are often transcribed in the opposite direction to their protein-coding partners and may regulate gene expression through mechanisms such as transcriptional interference, RNA-RNA interaction, or chromatin modification.
